This Bronze memorial plaque was placed on the deck of, "TITANIC" in September of 1999, at the base of the Titanic's Telemotor (where the ship's steering wheel was once attached).
The plaque was placed by, "Fred McClaren" and "Mike McDowell", and the arrangements to do this, were made by my best friend (world record holder of the most dives to the Titanic wreck, till his death in 2008) and Vice president of the, "Canadian Titanic Society", "Mr. Ralph B. White".

Although not intended, the placing of this plaque gave CTS, the honour of being the FIRST and ONLY Titanic society in the world, to place a memorial plaque on the ship, in memory of all the lost souls of the Titanic tragedy.
In 2001, the "British Titanic Society" placed an additional memorial plaque, which gave them a place in history, as the second Titanic society in the world, to place a memorial plaque on, "TITANIC", in remembrance of all the lost souls of the Titanic Sinking.
